A Solihull workshop, three decades in the making.

Olton Bedrooms began in 1994, when Stuart Hubert set up a small workshop in Solihull and started handcrafting fitted bedroom furniture for local homes. Three decades on, we're still doing exactly that — from our workshop and showroom on Drayton Road in Shirley, we design, make and fit every piece ourselves.

That's the whole point of Olton. Nothing is bought in off the shelf and nothing is a standard carcass forced to fit your space. Your wardrobes, home office or storage are built to order, to your room, down to the millimetre — and we even manufacture our own door ranges in-house, the Vinyl Range and New Era Doors, in over fifty colours and a wide choice of styles from Shaker and Classic to Milan, Monaco and Quattro.

Because we make everything ourselves, we control the whole journey. A free design consultation comes first, in the showroom or at your home. Then, typically six to twelve weeks later, our own installers — the clean, tidy, polite team clients name again and again in their reviews — carry out the fit, with most installations completed in a single day.
